1. The Little Prince

For this school year, our school is working with other schools in the project: The Little Prince.

All partners are involved in all activities. They do not only participate in all activities, they also react on all the material that is sent.
As is the case with each project, we need co-ordinators in each partner school:
- Spain: Janet and Ana Maria

- Belgium: Joost and Anne
- Sicily: Roberta

Meeting in ROMANIA

From  4^th to 9^th of March, 2010 all the friends of “The Little Prince” coming from Belgium, Estonia, Island, Sicily and Romania met during one of their journeys to explore “the planets” of the multilateral Comenius project, with European Union funds.

In “Tudor Vladimirescu” School from Romania, there was the second step the Little Prince took in his adventure through the stars.

We all experienced fully moments of joy, friendship and strong emotions. We shared our tradition of celebrating the Spring by making amulets – a symbol of the coming Spring and friendship as well as the celebration of the Mother’s Day on March 8^th

Starting of “SEEDS” activity

„ Only the time you spent with your flower makes it so special for you.”

When the partners met  in Estonia (28^th of April-5^th of May), they exchanged seeds. Each partner school brought seeds from their country. In June, the students from the 2^ndA form, 3^rd A form, 3^rd Step by Step form, 4^th Step by Step form planted the seeds in their classrooms and in the school garden. Each month, through pictures taken from the plants, we will illustrate their evolution, to discover similarities and differences between the plants form all the partners.

• June 16^th, 2010 – we discovered the seeds from our partners.

• June 16^th , 2010 –we planted the seeds in flower pots and in the school garden.

• June 23^rd , 2010 – After a week, the little plants appeared.

• June  30^th, 2010 – The first leaves appeared. Some plants have stems longer than 10 centimeters.

• July  30^th,2010 – The plants grew, some of them  have even  flowers. Most of them have stems longer than 50 centimeters. Photos
